RMP Ragi Dosa

 

Ingredients

RMP Raagi flour – 2 parts

  • Wheat flour – 1 part
  • Rice flour – 1/2 part(optional)
  • Wheat flour – 1 part
  • Rice flour – 1/2 part(optional)
  • Salt – to taste
  • Sour Buttermilk – 1/2 cup
  • Water – to mix To temper
  • Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
  • Urad dal – 1/2 tsp
  • Big onions – 1 no ( finely chopped)
  • Pepper corns - 1 tsp
  • Jeera - 1 tsp
  • Green chilly – 2 nos ( slit cut)
  • Curry leaves – a sprig

 

 

 

 

 

 

Method

Mix all the RMP RAGI FLOUR with salt and water.

1.Temper all the items given under “to temper” and saute onions ,green chillies and curry leaves. Mix with it.

2.The batter should be watery and free-flowing.

3.Heat a dosa tawa and pour the batter in a circular manner starting from the sides and finishing in the middle.Sprinkle some oil. Cook for sometime.

4.Flip it over and make a thin dosa.

Note

Instead of tempering , we can add pepper and jeera .No onions,chillies are required.
